Tyhee Lake

This past Wednesday (June 27), I took some time for myself and drove up to Bluff Road which overlooks Tyhee Lake. Tyhee Lake is about 5 minutes from where my parents live, and will be about 15 minutes or so away from our house in Smithers.

The first image below was taken at approximately 8:20pm, and the last one was taken about an hour and a half later. The views were spectacular.

Moon Bay Marina

From June 17-19, our family (Mom and Dad, my brother and his wife and 4 kids and Bonnie, Isaac and I) went to Kitimat for Father's Day. We stayed at Moon Bay Marina and enjoyed a few days of peace and quiet. I spent quite a bit of time outside with my camera. Here's a few of the images I made.

Microwave Mountain Photos

I thought I'd share some pictures that were taken back in May when my Dad and some friends of his from Telkwa went snowmobiling. They went up to Microwave Mountain which is pretty close to Telkwa (I think it's about 1/2 an hour or so away from where my parents live). The photos were taken on May 21, 2007.

These are the mountains that surround the area that we are now living in.
